Its true that the budget is for 12 page psd and there HTML/CSS ids too low. And if you want the development then budget will be more.

This is easily a $1300 website development project (fully functional website with database for $300, are you serious?!), not a 1 page website *design*, as the price would suggest. If you want any complete and functional website worth having, you're going to need to seriously reconsider your budget, because wow. Just wow.

This is a 100 hour project perhaps, give or take. You realize you're only offering to pay some poor sucker $3/hour?
