The Workers Compensation Commission (the Commission) is an independent statutory tribunal within the justice system of New South Wales. The Commission is part of a broader statutory scheme for dealing with workers compensation issues and claims. Our role is to resolve disputes between injured workers and employers over workers compensation claims.

The Commission’s non-adversarial dispute resolution process is at the vanguard of dispute resolution in Australia. The parties are directly involved in an accessible and accountable process that ensures injured workers obtain a fair and quick resolution to disputes about workers compensation entitlements.

In January 2012, the Commission will be 10 years old. We are looking for a new corporate logo for use in our publications, on our website and on our stationery. Our current logo and more information about us can be viewed at: www.wcc.nsw.gov.au

We are interested in a logo that is consistent with the NSW government standard colours of red, white and blue. Ideally, the design should reflect our values of accessibility, fairness and teamwork.
