I really like the theme here on istock... http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-illustration-21349284-smartphone-solution.php?st=2909de6 but please don't make it exact... the clock gears show creativity and the blocks in the back represent the idea of mobile apps... just an idea but it could be completely different
