Hi. Thanks for taking the time to look into the details.
It'll be an upscale bar and lounge. Basically it is divided into two, at the front it'ls a lobby for craft cocktails, elegant feel, but relaxed. In the back it's a more energetic lounge.
DJs for house music in the back. It'll be an exclusive venue when it comes to its clientele.
target demo is 25+, young professionals with an expensive taste.
