Good observation. You are correct that the boat's home port have to be displayed on the aft of the boat, but not in the other places where the name is being displayed. The home port can also be separated from the boat name, as illustrated on my previous boat:

Is the ship's hull solid white or does hit have a particular color? This is just to help with the layout.

I understand. The hull color for my boat is solid white... There is a stripe close to waterline that is metallic dark grey. I'll upload a picture and add it to the brief...

Are you going to be using cut vinyl or are you going to be printing on to the vinyl, I guess the question is do you only want solid shapes in your design or can there be shading?

Hi MoolieMan. The vinyl is cut and then applied to the hull. That's why the design can only use solid colours...
