Will need to use the plugin from mindbodyonline for the class schedule on the group sessions page


We have redone what is included in our memberships and needing to update our site to reflect the changes.

I am wanting the layout to be as clean as possible and make it as easy to understand as possible for users.

I am wanting icons for the different membership tiers to represent the different categories.

It should show the main 3 categories
$20 Life Essentials = Basic
$60 Life Optimized = Goal Specific - Live Slim (Weight Loss), Live Pain Free, Live Well Age Well (Antiaging/Hormone)
$150 Life Transformed = Well 4 Life (Ultimate Health Prevention)

If a user then clicks on Life Optimized then it would give the option of the 3 programs under that category.
Live Slim (Weight Loss), Live Pain Free, Live Well Age Well (Antiaging/Hormone)

Then at the bottom can have the add on package for Live Strong

Live Strong = Med Fit add on to our memberships

Or another way the layout could be would be to have Life Transformed = Well 4 Life (Ultimate Health Prevention) package at the top by itself
Then the 3 middle options Life Optimized = Goal Specific - Live Slim (Weight Loss), Live Pain Free, Live Well Age Well (Antiaging/Hormone) and then the basic option at the bottom

Potentially I would like to have a checkbox comparison of the main 3 categories Life Essentials, Life Optimized, Life Transformed for the following areas
Online Benefits
Testing Discounts
Therapy Discounts
Procedure Discounts

The new text content for the membership page is attached

Would like a graphic that illustrates that all the features of Life Essentials are in Life Optimized and that for Life Transformed has all the features of both Life Essentials and Life Optimized

Wanting a graphic to illustrate the stages of lifestyle change and also to redo the example mock up I did of our services and our 3 tiers Functional Medicine, Medical Fitness, and Sports and Orthopedics.

I am wanting a playlist of the videos of our services that would be included in each package in the popup of the details of the package or that when they click on a service that a video will popup with the clip of the service.
