We need to have 2 different retractable banners designed that will be used at a variety of events. We plan to have the banners printed through buildasign.com. According to their site, specs are as follows: Retractable banners are digitally printed on 12oz double-sided smooth vinyl. While the area on the retractable banners is 33 x 78, the customer will want to provide a file that has an area of 35 x 82 to account for bleed, with 3" of that vertical bleed at the bottom of the design. Recommneded DPI is 150. Upload capacity for retractable banners is 100MP.

Banner #1: Oregon Workforce Partnership logo at top; then the following text placed lower on the banner: Providing leadership that promotes and advances Oregon's workforce system. At the bottom of banner: oregonworkforce partnership.org

Banner #2: Oregon Workforce Partnership logo at top; then the following text placed lower on the banner: Oregon's workforce system ensures all Oregonians possess the talent needed for communities to thrive and prosper. At the bottom of banner: oregonworkforcepartnership.org

Color scheme: complimentary colors of the Oregon Workforce Partnership logo.
Images: images representative of Oregon (for example: map of Oregon, Douglas fir trees, coastal range, etc.
