I am RAJ, a full-time freelancer Web Designer / Developer with high end, extensive experience in both design & coding........

As you have mentioned in the comments section that apart from the pages that you need designed as per requirements you have outlined in your brief which i am already working on those at the moment, you also need the pages coded into HTML using pure css/xhtml - i do have the experience working on the same & i am willing to code your designs into HTML using Responsive ways if in case my designs come out as ultimate winners.

However, i will do the 1st job first ie. to come up with attractive layouts for your website further & we can discuss further things at a later stage depending on the fate of my designs..
