ii) Will you print it on paper or an other media? If you want to print it then we need size.
iii) I think you've to decide, what (such as any other texts or picture etc.) will be incorporated in the sticker.

1. Type of sticker:
So the idea is to do it as a promotion and/or giveaway. So it doesn't have to be formal you can make some fun ones as well. They don't necessarily have to be like the logo.
Would be cool to have a sticker in the form of my logo like a shield.
2. Print
Yes so I want to print the stickers and they will be smallish like the size of a business card a little smaller/bigger is fine.
3. Text
So my company does incident response, so some keywords you can include or use are:
- Incident Response
- Help I'm hacked
- Don't Panic, just respond!
