Hello contest holder, The attached iLog image seems towards phone repair/warranty related. In your case its software solutions. Can you provide more details about sections, fields, menu you want in the CRM mockup design?

I am looking for a design that is meant for a Project Management/Customer Management system, where the entire UI is based around a Case system such as the iLog system. This is why that is the example image. I want something similar, just unique. The sections and fields can be labeled as such in the example. I am only looking for design Ideas. I will change wording during the actual coding phase.
