Resumen de Diseño de Logo

This is a start up business as off shoot of an existing business. This will service (for now) Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts (States in New England USA).
We are a full-service commercial and residential property maintenance, repair and restoration service. With a heavier lean on Commercial Properties. Looking for ideas somewhere between simple and complex. We want the logo to be a one-glance understanding of what we basically do. Open to colors. We just don't want someone scratching their head when they look at it. It can be professional but animated, eye-catching, perhaps modern, sharp, and whimsical at the same time. Or not. Really open to ideas and will know when we see it.
