Sorry but is an enormous contradiction, why you dont use your current logo if you want the same shape, color and feel? Some different elements?

Our current logo we created using an open source AI. We have since found some other businesses using the exact same logo with their own business name. We like the logo, but we want one that is exclusively our own (with a similar design). Hoping one of the designers can give us something even better than what we currently have.
