Reason: I wanted the designers who have already submitted to have additional time to modify their designs per the instructions I have provided them individually. The overall logo has to evoke strength, protection and healthcare. My company will be providing services to healthcare providers like doctors to enable them to stay compliant with existing laws in the U.S.

I apologize for this change of color, but I have decided to have the logo be predominantly in CYAN, which is the color that is reflected in the blue cross/ blue shield logo which in CMYK has a C level of 100 and A 0 level for all other colors. The RGB values are these, I believe. R 54; G 167; B 233 Cyan is recognized as both a hospital and medical community color and has the connection I need for these services.
