I am concerned about the potential for a robin hood/robber image...so want to shift gears a little to "Sherwood Real Estate

The logo will be used on Craig's List ads, website, yahoo ads, etc.

I am shifting gears a little on this...In bouncing ideas off some compatriots, the concern has arisen of the robber aspect of Robin Hood.
So I want to shift to :

Less Robin Hood, more on the help aspect. But not a charity. Has to be a win for all parties.

We have updated our brief and look forward to receiving your responses.
We are looking for a little different phrasing than original, and something less directly Robin Hood- more subtle. Focusing more on the distress of the owner and the relief we can bring.
