Logo Design Project

Esto es lo que Trauma Scene Decontamination Team buscaba en su logo design

i am looking for a Logo that one of my Companies can use,
I need it to have the Hazard sign in it and the name which is

Trauma scene Decontamination Team,

I would like to have the logo so it can be adapted into a badge type logo, and letter head,
Then i will need Vehicle signage.
