3D Design of a Box Opener product in STP, DWG, and PDF.

I need you to create the 3D design files for a product: it is a box opener of similar shape and design as the blue box opener in the attached photos and videos. The difference: the one you are designing must be larger to fit the larger utility blade (pictured with measurements), and the larger utility blade must be removable (and replaceable). I need this box opener modeled in 3D, to give to the manufacturer. Exported as STP and DWG, and then PDF from multiple different angles. Project will require proficiency in 3D modeling......... There is a PDF file attached with the dimensions of the utility blade sizing.
