Changing graphic designs for iphone game from iphone 4 to iphone 5 size

I currently have an iPhone app on the appstore called lead balloon. I have correct background sizes for iphone 4 and ipad but the background for iphone 5 looks cut and pasted.

I would like iphone 5 background sizes to be done.
