Billboard design - We buy homes for Bitcoin and Cash

We need a billboard designed for a real estate investor that will buy homes for cash and bitcoin. The message on the billboard should read:

"We buy Homes for Bitcoin & Cash" or "Bitcoin For Your Home" or "Get Bitcoin or Cash For Your Home" with a call to action stating "Call or Scan QR code for details" The design should be able to be read from cars passing by driving 30 MPH (48 KPH).
The design needs to incorporate a QR code that would be scannable from a car that is on the street near billboard.
For the design submission purpose, you can use default web address, phone number, and QR code. We will update to our specific website, QR, and phone once we select a design.
The billboard measures 6 ft tall x 12 ft wide, will need extra 12 inch border around all sides.
Across the bottom of the billboard needs to say: "Powered by (logo attached)"
