I am an author looking for a cover for my humorous dating self help book

I am looking for a high resolution image created in vector and converted into all practical printing/imaging file types.

I am a new author and this is my first book. It is a humorous compilation of short stories from my life experiences in dating designed to help both men and women with a challenging aspect of dating, breaking up. I have attached a rough intro.

The title of my book is "Welcome to Sleaze City: The art of escaping the emotional roller coaster caused by dating incompatibilities."

For the main image on the cover of the book I want to have the main title, "Welcome to Sleaze City" to be on a sign which emulates the famous "Welcome to Las Vegas" neon sign.
