I need a cover for a book I have just written on investment.

Title: "Rational Macro"
Subtitle: "A Manifesto for Discretionary Global Macro and Tactical Asset Allocation"
Author: "John Butters"
All three of these should be on the cover.

I prefer elegant to bold design. Other than that, I have no design expertise and would like to see some creative ideas.

Global macro is the practice of forecasting the financial markets on the basis of changes in the economy, politics or other variables. The book is about approaching this task scientifically.

Parameters:
Paper size: Any. Design should be centred on page horizontally and vertically.
Format: High-quality PDF.
Cover/Trim Size: 5.06" x 7.81"
Spine: 0.25898"
Bleed: At least 0.125"
