Game Over: A Youth Substance Abuse Manual

I need an engaging book design for teens who are struggling with substance abuse. This is a manual so kids will be reading it like a magazine and writing in it... perhaps even tearing pages out of it. My goal is to help teens end their substance abuse by following a 31 day devotional. My colors for this book are Black & Red Font White designed Background perhaps something grunge style. Or Black background Red and White Font grunge style.

I want kids who have substance abuse issues to like it cause of the artwork.
