Maier Family Hagaddah

I need a cover for the Hagaddah ( Passover prayer book) I have created for my family and friends. I want the cover to be a piece of art that incorporates themes from the story of the exodus from Egypt. It could also, but need not have passover motifs. I think that I would like relevant bible quotes, in Hebrew caligraphy incorporated, but if the artist is not skilled at this, it is possible I could have this added later. I am not looking for something too abstract.



I have attached some concept ideas and i also attached some of the Hebrew, but i can provide more clear Hebrew or other in collaboration with Artist.

One possibility that might work well is to make along the lines of design concepts 1 & 2, and put Exodus themed pictures along the border.

The style I am looking for is what I might call ' contemporary Israeli' art style. Something very much like the example I attached; tree of life, or other biblical fruit (pomegranates, grapes, dates etc… Leer más
