Hip surgeon needs a educative book cover design

Esto es lo que buscaba un negocio en Brazil en su book cover design

I need to re-design my old book cover for its 3rd edition.
It's a small book dedicated to my patients, who underwent total hip replacement. It's meant to help people getting around the basic care after a total hip replacement surgery and getting back to their normal, active life.
The title is: "Total hip replacement: post operative care".
I already had a new logo, new stationery and new website design from DesignCrowd (please see the attachments).
The final design should be look alike the other fresh new designs. It must communicate health, peacefulness.
