Tourism Brochure Design for a nature based eco retreat in Margaret River Western Australia

We need a new brochure as per the attached (a4 folded to DL) - would love a fresh nature inspired design which highlights the photos. Map would need to be reworked (simplified) to show we are close to town but in the National Park.
