Azpur service sheets and folder

Esto es lo que Azpur LLP buscaba en su brochure design

A set of 12 Service sheets plus a rate card to be inserted into a folder - each to be designed and formatted.
A4
Portrait
- the idea is to keep things simple and crisp.
I would use the logo (see attached .ai file) at the top and maybe an separate image to go with each sheet

Around 350 words per page (see attached example)
The format is mainly text and bullet points, but each page will be same layout (just a different image as indicated above).

Need to factor in a folder to hold the service sheets.

The documents to have a good sales impact and your experience and advice on best ideas would be welcome. The key is to keep it crisp, elegant & professional for financial services.
