It is the practice of incorporating diverse nutritional and health philosophies to identify and achieve goals that lead to improved health and well-being. Nutrition counselling facilitates personal ownership in ones life choices, and provides the individual with the knowledge and the resources to make decisions that will be vital to their health and well-being. The important caveat of nutrition counselling is to gradually modify ones choices to ensure that changes last the their whole life. I want something that is professional, clean and makes people want to kickstart their wellness journey.
