Senior care homes needs brochure design

I need a brochure design for a senior care home business, the company is based in Long Beach but have care houses in Long Beach and Huntington Beach California. We provide assisted living, independent living care for senior in a residential home. The name of the company is Premiere Cottages Inc. I would like to see designs that will go well with the color of my Logo that I will be attaching, I will need to add photos or houses, rooms, backyards. also I am thinking in the middle of the inside the services that we provide.
