International forest products consultancy needs a new brochure

We are a UK based international forest products consultancy (www.hawkinswright.com) that needs a company brochure to share with new and potential clients. We have created an in-house version (see attachment) but feel that somebody else could do a much better job using better graphics!
We want the brochure to be A4 size so that we can print it internally. Ideally, somebody can design for us a template that fits with our brand and will allow us to update it in the future as/when we change our product portfolio. We currently use InDesign.
We would also be interested in having a long and short version. Perhaps a 16 page documents vs. just a 4 page document.
I have also attached some examples of recent reports we have published.
Can anybody help!
