I am a Real Estate Agent (Realtor). The purpose of this flyer is to collate data from Open Home attendees to find out what price they think the property is worth. The closest guess to the sale price will win a bottle of Moet Chandon.

I am hitting the higher end properties ($1,000,000 +), so this needs to look professional, stylish and funky. Something that will make people actually fill in the form and give me their details.

I like quirky fonts (but they need to legible). I am young, so I like to use more upbeat, funky styles, but still maintain the professionalism.

I have attached the information that needs to be on the flyer. I am looking at a DL size.
