Business card design needed

Esto es lo que studio 53 buscaba en su business card design

i need a business card designed for my hair salon its call studio 53 i want the cards to look similar to the studio 54 design a big 53 with studio written in the top part of the 3.The 53 big on the left side then all my details (number address name) would love it to be a vintage look, colours to be in black and white/silver card to b black.
to have a line on the back with appointment day time, also would love a vip card like the vip drink card but with free treatments or shampoo so five visits that can b stamped and get a free treatment then 10th get 10% off... or something like that...
