Business card for international use with differing languages

Need an innovative design for business cards that will be used internationally. The card will be two-sided, with the primary (front) side of the card featuring prominently the contact information and details in a local language, while the secondary (back) side of the card features a QR (quick response) code, contact information, and details in English.

The company has an established logo, and a high resolution image file is attached. The primary colors used in corporate branding (in order of prominence) are white, green, black, and red.

The business develops and markets medical devices and medical information systems. It is based in Japan. Ideally, a more conservative design is envisioned. (By conservative, I mean to imply a design featuring the logo and text without additional graphics or images. The innovative elements sought would include placement of the logo, text, and white space on the card.)
