Realtor and Real Estate Business Card

I need a business card that is a cross between a realtor's business card and that of a CEO of a property management group. Realtor cards are focused on the selling while property management is not. QR code must be included. My picture is included, but I do not need to have that. I prefer no picture, but a lot realtor cards have them so it is okay, and maybe better, if you do you use the image. It is probably best to crop out the background and use just my image or head. Need two designs with the two different logos swapped out. All the logo images files are in the zip drive for you to pick which file you need.

I want a card that is sales-oriented but something a non-sales person would use at the same time. It is a delicate balance. I like bold and eye-catching designs, but that is not necessary.
