Use newly designed logo and tie into newly designed website

I need a new logo and website layout designed for my partner's business. This is a birthday present. His business is interior painting, wallpapering and design. He also has access to a wide variety of products including carpet, fabrics, furniture, wallpaper, tile, countertops, etc. I have attached some screen shots of his website for reference. He is a one man shop and has a stellar reputation with his customers. He is on-time, very tidy, excellent with animals, and always finishes on time and on budget.
