I need a design for my a new buisness aimed at women in the middle age range. Motivational coaching and counselling for weight loss, depression and anxiety and other mental health conditions, addiction, loss of confidence, menopause, empty nest syndrome and other life changing events. Experienced qualified counsellor with a lived experience to provide 1:1 counselling as well as the option for group sessions and social media online support. Long term sustainable change goals to support persistant progress in exercise, healthy eating and positive lifestyle changes. The card should promote a somewhat funky feminine positive message.
