We require a rewards card design for an Indian cuisine restaurant. We wish to keep the design somewhat simple and also professional. We have uploaded the relevant artwork and you may use any of it in the design. The design should include restaurant logo, phone number, address and website address and should include words "rewards card". (The restaurant details are included in the uploaded files).
