CD Cover Design for new EP

I'm a singer/songwriter (www.playrewindeject.com) and I'm releasing a new EP in the next month or so. I'm looking for a CD Cover Design that I can use for my digital distribution (i.e. will be shown on Amazon and iTunes etc) but can also be used for physical CDs as a Cover.

The title of the EP is 'Maryland', which I've chosen as it's supposed to conjur up images of a Bruce Springsteen style Americana (think his cover for Nebraska) but also, as I'm British, it's a juxtaposed position with the fact there is a train station on the outskirts of London called Maryland. Indeed this is the idea of the EP, it's very much influenced by American story-telling songwriters but is still very British at it's heart.

I'm looking for a cover that shows this juxtaposition.
