The development of my speaking and listening skills has allowed me be an effective member of a team. My flexibility allows me to work alongside team members. Having graduated in BSc Computer Science (Hons), I found it hard to enroll onto a design/art course due to my background. So with months of self tuition using online tutorials, magazines, videos and books I managed to teach myself the skills to design using the Adobe CS Suite and the knowledge of graphic design principles, such as resolutions and bleeds. I moved into iOS development when doing my Masters project in MA digital Arts at University. Again, having no previous knowledge of coding in Objective- C or Xcode. Using tutorials, I familiarized myself with the programming language and the iOS SDK. My most recent work is updating the landing page for Khol Cosmetics using HTML5 and CSS3 as well as PHP for the subscription form (http://www.kohlcosmetics.co.uk/). I also create my personal website (www.hassanmahmood.co.uk) to W3C standards and new language tools like HTML5 and CSS3 tools such as @font-face and rounded text fields. hide
