I hold a bachelor and master’s degree in graphic design from the faculty of Fine Arts, University of Tehran, and obtained my PhD in design from the Industrial Design Centre, IIT Bombay. I has worked as both freelance and in-house graphic designer for years in Iran, India and Canada. I began practicing professional art as a youth, and been enjoying numerous freelance design projects ever since. I had developed multiple design projects, doing their conception and execution to its final delivery. I have worked for various small and large clients, with a wide range of media such as logo, corporate identity, book cover, page layout, packaging and labeling, brochure, catalog, poster, newspaper and magazine advertising, and a lot more. At the same time I was a lecturer of graphic design courses in various universities in Iran. Moreover I am the author of various books and articles about graphic design, packaging design, Persian calligraphy and art criticism in Farsi (Persian).
