I like to be an open minded about what will work best. In my experience as a layout artist for 17 years, my creativity has made me an effective worker because I can anticipate problems and create solutions. I'm a highly organized person and a good listener who is focused on producing results. While I am always reasonable when setting goals, I always develop ways to surely achieve, and often times exceed those goals. hide
