Sales Process Flyer

Esto es lo que buscaba un negocio en United States en su flyer design

Attached is a sketch (2 pages) Id like to have a 1 page "flyer" that will explain the sales strategy for a new recruit.
Ill need to edit this down the road, so if you do it in Illustrator we will be able to handle that.
If you google sales funnel you will see what im going for with the bad funnel drawing.
Id like to have icons with the text thats on the 2nd page (although it would all be 1 page)
Our brand guidelines are attached with some example pieces we have done in the past
Would like this to have an infographic type look
