Need Instructors for martial arts school - special flyers to help

We are a kung fu and tai chi martial arts school and we need to appeal to a certain demographic - 16-30, driven, fit, personable - who can join our team of instructors to help grow our school. We envisage this flyer as as roughly between A6 and A7 in size. The kind of thing we can hand to some one we meet and they can easily stick it in a pocket but not so small it gets lost like a business card. We are a professional and serious organisation so don't want to go too dramatic or cheesy to get attention but the design needs to capture the attention of the reader quickly and keep them engaged. Martial arts has quite a bit of material to use for this purpose. NOTE: we are not Karate or Tae Kwon Do - the difference matters.
