A 1 to 2 page digital flyer, using my existing logo and branding files.

I need a professional1 to 2 page flyer in both digital file and an editable PDF form to advertise service offerings for my coaching and consulting business.
The flyer should be upmarket, professional and conservative in style to meet the expectations of my professional market (doctors, psychologists and executives).
It will be based on my existing logo and brand, see my current website: www.fischerconsults.com
Here are the key elements needed:
1) First the main product offering (which I should be able to edit myself for future use). In this first case, this features an advertisement for a 'Therapy group for professionals'. (see attached file).
2) The second key text is my bio/profile which includes a photo.
3) The third section is a call to action, including my contact details.
4) The flyer should include my email, website and phone contact details.
