Small business services company needs a flyer designed

We need a flyer designed for a small building services company who has multiple roles ie- Roof, gutter and pressure cleaning, small building maintenance and garden cleanups. The company is based in Far North Queensland (Australia) where it is a tropical climate with lots of trees and green areas.

I want the colours to be based on the Logo and business card colours which will be added.

The flyer will need to be changeable so I can create monthly specials ie- Roof Cleaning Special, Gutter Cleaning Special or Pressure Cleaning special.
