"Thank You" flyer design

Esto es lo que buscaba un negocio en United Kingdom en su flyer design

We need a "thank you" flyer that will be sent out with all our products.
a6 size landscape,
We manufacture personalised shaped signs.
I've attached a rough idea of what we are after, but would like it to be improved upon with some artistic flare..

Side one - We would like the flyer to have a simple message - "thank you for shopping with us"

Side two - we would also like our logo and a union jack made in the UK badge and our address and contact details with our website www.jafgraphics.co.uk being the most prominent..

We are after a simple bold design what would be printed on a small a6 card that people might hopefully want to keep, so the end design needs to be pretty cool.
