HTML New Year Flyer

I want a very cool fresh adventure activity HTML flyer to send out to all our customers, reminding them who we are and what we do. At the moment we have two main website (www.ultimate-activitycompany.co.uk and www.ultimate-canoeandkayak.co.uk) and we are just about to launch our latest addition (www.ultimate-gorgewalking.co.uk) and want the flyer to cover all these aspects. The flyer needs to be able to upload to mailchimp or we need to be able to reproduce the flyer in mailchipm so we can send and track how it does. Please feel free to use our logos / images etc and let me know if you have any questions or require anymore information.
