Draw and color a ticket

Esto es lo que buscaba un negocio en Denmark en su graphic design

Hi,
This simple task is about:
Draw a ticket like the first attachment (same ratio)
The colors should match the second attachement - so the red becomes dark blue and the cream color become light blue. The thin black line and starts should be exchanged with a white/yellow/magenta (up to you).

The graphics have to be scalable up to 900 pix wide.
