Truck Ads Rear Sticker & Border ID

This is an extension of the business card project, continuing that look and feel. We need to provide two corporate identifiers for the ads we place on the rear of trucks. They are:

A stand alone sticker. 400mm wide x 150mm high, this is placed next to the ad itself. I would like to continue with the black border, yellow background and black fonts and logo, as per the front of the business card. As this is seen when the vehicle is moving, it needs to be simple. I see it as being two lines.

The top line reads: "To advertise here:"
Below that, on the left is the Truck Ads logo, and to the right of that is a phone symbol (like on the business card, or preferably even simpler), and the number itself 18 000 TRUCK. I need to see that as two versions - the number as written above, and also without the gaps (i.e. 18000TRUCK).
