Cover page
Includes open fields for entering:
Title of Proposal or Report
Sub Title (italicized, smaller font)

My Name : Janna Jorgensen, MA, BSc
Submitted To:
Company Information (phone, email, website)

Letterhead/Stationery
On either header or footer:
- My logo, Company name and tagline (Leadership Consulting for a New Future)
- incorporation of swish line

On footer:
- Open field for me to insert page number (bottom right corner)
- email, website, phone number

Body Text:
Open field in body of stationery/letterhead so I can type in report. I use MS Word.
