Rework existing logo

Hi We have an existing logo we use for our company but it needs some tweaking. We don't want to change it though. We only have it as a very low res jpeg (also have it as a high res ai file). We need it in several high res file formats for printing, embroidery, signage etc. Also, we need it to have white strips between the green (as shown in the photo- for use on coloured background).
