Recreate design cover for new product line

I created a cover for a new skin-care line of products using PowerPoint. The line is targeted to be launched during the spring of 2014. I need to have it duplicated with graphics added to it the best you can because I don't want any lawsuits/copyright infringements after I launch the line. I copied all of the photos from the internet and merged them together and applied special effects. I've attached the PowerPoint document so you can see the effects I put in. The cover must give a "soft" look because the product makes your skin very soft. I want a pink swirling satin background with the model wearing the scarf blowing. This cover will be put on labels that will be adhered to plastic boxes and also on plastic bottles. I'd like to somewhat change the picture making the scarf extend more to the left and merge in with the satin swirls.
